I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age or older, and have attained the age of majority in my
place of residence by the time of entry (19 years old in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 years old in
Mississippi). By entering this Giveaway, I consent to receive newsletters and promotional offers
from Amama LLC and its partner companies, namely The Golden Secrets, Mama Meals,
Elizaveta Heath, and Allison Oswald (collectively, the ‘Contributing Partners’). While these
Contributing Partners have contributed prizes, only Amama LLC is responsible for conducting
and sponsoring this Giveaway. Entry is free and a purchase does not enhance the chance of
winning. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and is void where

1. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United
States, are 18 years of age or older, and have a valid email address.

3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Giveaway, the participant agrees to abide by Amama
LLC’s Official Rules and decisions. Amama LLC reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify
any participant who fails to comply with these rules.

4. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00am EDT on 5/12/2024 and ends at
11:59pm EDT on 5/20/2024. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be
eligible.

5. How to Enter: At the beginning of the Giveaway Period, you may enter the Giveaway by visiting the Giveaway
page (the “Giveaway Page”) and completing the Giveaway entry form. There is a limit of
one (1) entry per person/email address. Additional entries per person/email address will not be
acknowledged. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and
Amama LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as
determined by Amama LLC, in its sole discretion.
 
By entering the Giveaway in accordance with the entry process described above, you will be
registering to receive email communication from Amama LLC, The Golden Secrets, Mama
Meals, Elizaveta Heath and Allison Oswald and agreeing that your registration and any other
information collected in connection with the Giveaway may be used by the following partners:

6. Prizes: One (1) grand prize (total value of $800) will be awarded and one (1) winner will be

No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all
prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes,
shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under
the supervision of Amama LLC on or about 5/21/2024. A winner will be chosen through a
random selection process overseen by Amama LLC. Within five (5) business days following the
selection, Amama LLC will contact the winner via email. Should the initial winner fail to respond
within seven (7) days of being notified, Amama LLC will randomly choose another entry as the
alternate winner. This process may be repeated up to three (3) times.

9. Privacy and Data Use Acknowledgement: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree
that any information provided will be used in accordance with the official Giveaway purposes
and Amama LLC’s Privacy Policy. Participation includes granting Amama LLC the consent to
use entrants' name, likeness, and other biographical information for promotional activities
across various media without further compensation, where permitted by law.

10. Use of Entrant Information: Entrants recognize that by entering the Giveaway, they
consent to their information, such as email addresses, being used by Amama LLC and its
Contributing Partners—The Golden Secrets, Mama Meals, Elizaveta Heath and Allison
Oswald—for general marketing and promotional activities related to the services and products
of these entities. Entrants can withdraw consent by notifying Amama LLC and the Contributing
Partners through the designated addresses, or by opting out via the unsubscribe link provided in
any marketing email. Note that opting out will apply to promotional communications and may not
include transactional communications related to the Giveaway’s entries. By entering the
Giveaway, participants fully accept these terms as integral parts of the Official Rules. The
initiative underscores our commitment to lawful and ethical practices in managing entrant data
and promoting our event transparently and responsibly. This commitment is rooted in our
corporate policy, which prioritizes both entrant privacy and the integrity of our promotional
activities.

11. Terms & Conditions: Amama LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human
intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Amama LLC’s control corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

12. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Amama LLC
and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives,
agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury,
death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by
negligence or not, from: (a) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her
acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (b) technical failures
of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network,
hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of
any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (d) unauthorized human intervention in any

part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (e) electronic or human error in the administration of
the Giveaway or the processing of entries.

13. Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes
of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved
individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate
court located in Washington DC. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights, and obligations, or the rights
and obligations of Amama LLC in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and
construed in accordance with, the laws of Washington DC, without giving effect to any choice of
law or conflict of law rules (whether of Washington DC or any other jurisdiction), which would
cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Washington DC.
